Black Women's Maternal Health Conference

Loretta Ross, PhD HC, a nationally-recognized founder of the Reproductive Justice Movement, will be the keynote speaker. The virtual conference is free for all to attend and eligible for  CME & CE credits. All associated CME  and CE credits are provided at no charge courtesy of a grant funded by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). 

Anyone who is interested in improving outcomes and access for this population is encouraged to attend.

Objectives
  • Identify how reproductive justice can be used as a framework for clinical practice, research, outreach and community engagement
  • Identify services to better serve black women in their community
  • Discuss the data regarding maternal morbidity and mortality and the disparities present in these data
