• Managing Editor - The Iowa Review

Lynne Nugent has been Managing Editor of the University of Iowa’s literary journal, The Iowa Review, since 2003 and is currently serving as Acting Editor. Her essay chapbook Nest won the 2019 Jeanne Leiby Memorial Chapbook Award and was published in March 2020. Lynne has served on grant review panels for the Iowa Arts Council, the Mass Cultural Council, and the National Endowment for the Arts. She is currently contributing dispatches on parenting in a pandemic to the podcast Pan Parenting, hosted by Liz Woz.
